SYD BARTLETT LEAGUE
-
The Syd Bartlett
League is a competition organized by KSAFA in
accordance with its Constitution and Regulations and
is the Division III league competition played in the
Confederation of KSAFA, honouring the former
outstanding national footballer, Syd Bartlett.

Clubs eligible for the
current season are those:
-
relegated from the
previous year’s Major League;
-
the remaining clubs
from the previous season’s Syd Bartlett League
that were not promoted to the Major League; and
-
invited to represent
a vacant KSAFA designated geographic area.

The Syd Bartlett
League will consist of the eligible clubs as defined
at 1.13 playing each other on a home and away basis.

The WINNER of the Syd
Bartlett League each season shall be the club which
has accumulated the most points over the duration of
the relevant Syd Bartlett League season.

The WINNER of the Syd
Bartlett League, as well as the club placing second
in the points standing at the end of the relevant
Syd Bartlett League season shall be promoted to the
Major League.
