Return Match - Logos Hope Ship Female Football Team

We have again been approached by the Logos Hope ship female football team to have a return match. We would like to have the match using girls from Clubs that did not participate in the first match, but have a female team registered with KSAFA. As such, we are asking the following teams to provide us with the names of persons who would be willing to play:

Harbour View

Note: - We need a squad of 14 - There will be unlimited substitutions

The tentative date for the match is Saturday, March 13, 2010. Venue to be determined.

SUBJECT: 2009/010 WOMEN’S UNDER 17 FIVE-A-SIDE COMPETITION

The CLARO sponsored KSAFA Under 17 and Under 20 women’s five-a-side under 20 Competitions are scheduled to commence in April and May 2010 respectively.

Please confirm your participation by Friday February 26, 2010.

Further details on the Competition will be furnished as soon as they become available.

Women’s Under 17

Feedback from Clubs suggest that they would have difficulty in fielding an under 17 eleven a side team. As such, the Under 17 female competition will be five-a-side. This competition will be in addition to the Under 20.

Based on this change we are requesting Clubs to advise KSAFA if the will be entering teams for both the Under 17 and/or Under 20 competition. It is anticipated that the Under 17 competition will take place in April, with the Under 20 taking place in May (format to be decided).

Please advise KSAFA by February 19, 2010.

Please note that we have gears that were not used last year for the following teams: • Greenwich • Meadforest • Seaview • Allman Woodford

In order to obtain the above-mentioned benefits All KSAFA Club Teams must abide by the following deliverables:

i) Must be registered for the respective KSAFA/Claro competition/s.

ii) Must wear the official Claro branded Gear, in ALL Claro/KSAFA sponsored competitions.

iii) Must allow placement of at least 6 Claro branded perimeter boards at permanent home venues except for Premier League Club teams where at least 6 perimeter boards will be displayed during Claro/KSAFA matches only and be removed thereafter.

iv) Must ensure that during Claro/KSAFA matches, NO competing brand of Claro, that is, Digicel, Lime (Cable & Wireless) or Flow is displayed. These include perimeter boards, bunting, feather banners, blimps etc.

v) Must grant access to Claro Officials with appropriate Identification at home games free of cost.

vi) Must provide/allow other branding opportunities for Claro which includes, feather banners, bunting, blimps, to erect temporary 10x10 tent etc.

vii) Must allow for Claro Half Time Show/promotional activities.

With regards to item (A) above Club’s account will be credited after the team’s first game in their respective leagues. Clubs that are indebted to KSAFA, funds will be debited to your respective accounts to offset outstanding balances. Please note that Clubs who do not adhere to the KSAFA/CLARO deliverables in (i-vii) above will be fined up to the maximum branding incentives allotted to the Club that is in breach.

Additionally, Clubs who do not wear the official branded Claro Gear at ALL times in official matches will receive an automatic fine of $10,000 and referred to the Disciplinary Committee.
